With the ever increasing concern for preserving the beautiful nature of the maritime sites,Icard Maritime have led the way by launching this dear to their heart project:an electric powered ship to visit the calanques. Hélios is the first passenger ship featuring hybrid,electric-diesel propulsion.
This unique setup for passenger transportation, allows several navigation modes.
Full electric,on battery power,within the Vieux-Port of Marseille and the Parc National des Calanques totally eliminates harmful noises and smells,and unpleasant vibrations.
Hélios also features a sun-deck,a large swim platform and ladder to enjoy water activities. She may also be outfitted either for dinner buffet,snack or cocktail parties.
